Shipping & Return
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, there are restrictions on some products such as nicotine, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations due to their laws and regulations. If you are unsure if we can ship to you, please contact us and we will gladly look into the situation for you.
We ship Expedited or higher for all shipments to ensure you get your package as fast as possible. If you are in the West Coast, it should only take 2 to 3 days on average after leaving our warehouse. Please note, shipping times may be delayed on holidays.
You may return most new, hardware within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if the product is defective (e.g charging port not charging, auto fire issues...etc). We cannot accept items back due to non product related reasons such as change of heart or if another similar product coming out in the market right after you purchase.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
